|Area of expertise|
I am a research fellow at the Usher Institute at the University of Edinburgh and a registered nurse. My research experience includes analysis of large, linked administrative health and social care data in Scotland. My nursing experience includes care homes, acute medicine and medical high dependency.
I am interested in multimorbidity and health inequalities – particularly with regard to access to health and care services. I have good knowledge of the strengths, weaknesses and availability of social care data in Scotland in particular, and the UK more generally.
