In this webinar we will learn about early research on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people who work in long-term care and we will discuss the ways in which the poor working conditions experienced by many workers in this sector (low pay, zero-hour contracts, no sick pay) may have affected the response to the pandemic.
