Short bio	Elizabeth is Research Fellow in Health Economics working at the University of Edinburgh within the Edinburgh Health Economics group. Prior to joining EHE, Elizabeth completed her PhD in Economics – “Essays on the provision of long term care to older adults in Scotland” – at the University of Stirling. She has an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and a BA with Honours in Economics from the University of Stirling.
Research interests	Elizabeth’s broad research interest concerns the use of routine or administrative health and care data within the field of health economic research. More specifically she is interested in patterns in use and the costs associated with care for older people, specialising in unpaid care and care within the community. Her current research focuses on colorectal cancer in Scotland. Elizabeth also runs a platform for Early Career Researchers Using Scottish Administrative Data (eCRUSADers) which aims to share knowledge and experiences of using administrative data for research.
