Short bio | David Bell is a professor of economics with a long-running interest in long-term care. He has advised both the UK and Scottish government in relation to the design and financing of long-term care policy. He is also a principal investigator on HAGIS (Healthy AGeing In Scotland), which is seeking to become part of the worldwide network of longitudinal studies of ageing, which centre on the Health and Retirement Study in the US. |
