- Project Summary
The aim of this study was to identify the lived experiences of care home staff in implementing new infection control measures (including PPE) in care homes early on in the COVID-19 pandemic and how these impacted on the residents they cared for. We were also interested in understanding how the perspectives of staff in different occupational roles may differ as well as identifying the sources of support available to staff.
