Health Care Access Research and Developmental Disabilities (H-CARDD) is a partnership between scientists, clinicians, people with disabilities and advocates in Ontario working to improve healthcare services. H-CARDD created helpful question and answer PDF documents: one for individuals living with developmental disability; and another for caregivers.
