Short bio | In general, I investigate how social policy can respond to the care needs against population ageing and its impact on intergenerational relationship, as well as the relationship between formal care and informal care. My research experiences focus on the social care system in China and the international comparison of long-term care policy in different welfare regimes. Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow under the TIP-CARD project (https://www.tip-card.hku.hk/) which aims to provide policy tools to inform strategies for dementia care in Chinese communities. My recent research includes the study on the costs of dementia in Hong Kong and a systematic review and meta-analysis on the effectiveness of dementia interventions in Chinese population. |
